About The Position

Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort is seeking experienced individuals for weekend cleaning roles. This is a part-time, permanent position offering approximately 24 hours per week, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays. The role involves cleaning and preparing vacation villas to Westgate's high standards, ensuring guests have a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. Requirements

At least one (1) year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a timeshare resort, hotel, or large hospitality establishment.
Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish. Bilingual candidates are welcome but not required.
Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday.
Ability to work from 8:00 a.m. until all assigned units are completed, approximately 4:30 p.m., or until the job is finished.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Must pass a background check and drug test.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare assigned villas according to Westgate's quality and cleanliness standards.
Complete cleaning of assigned units while adhering to daily productivity and performance goals.
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, patios, and other spaces used by guests.
Remove linens and other bedding, dispose of trash, replace necessary items, and prepare villas for arriving guests.
Utilize cleaning equipment and supplies safely and in accordance with company procedures.
Report lost and found items, as well as any maintenance issues, according to established procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to support daily housekeeping operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
