Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, janitorial, or healthcare cleaning experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, healthcare, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common bathrooms
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and empty trash throughout the community
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, entryways, and common areas
• Wash windows and clean carpets/upholstery as scheduled
• Maintain housekeeping storage and supply areas
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Help create a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents and families
