Concord Hospitality is hiring housekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards. They will also maintain an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly. The role involves reporting any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems, and maintaining security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued. Additionally, housekeepers will report lost and found articles to their supervisor and respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner. The work performed has an impact on guest satisfaction and can make a difference in whether guests return to our hotel.
