Requirements

  • Previous knowledge/experience of residential housekeeping and janitorial functions.
  • Working knowledge of basic interior maintenance, hand tools and cleaning equipment.
  • Basic computer skills/knowledge required to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily upkeep (cleaning and sanitizing) of all common/amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, laundry rooms.
  • Follows and maintains the interior maintenance programs and schedules established within the company as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
  • Reviews housekeeping work order priorities with the Maintenance Supervisor at the beginning and end of each day.
  • Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools.
  • Assists with cleaning vacant apartments as assigned in the Mobile Maintenance Platform.
  • Ensures all trash from apartments is cleaned out before, during and after make-ready activity.
  • Assists with the identification and correction of hazardous community conditions.
  • Communicate supply needs to Service Manager or Community Manager.
  • Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
