Patriots Landing is hiring PT/FT and On-Call Housekeepers for their Assisted Living!! Come and be part of an amazing team!! PT/FT/On-Call Positions available. $19.00 - $22.00 DOE. Requirements

High school education or equivalency
Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English.
Must have strong oral, written, and telephone skills.
Must be dependable
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Certified in First Aid/CPR
Must be in good health and physically/mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
Must possess knowledge of safe sanitation practices, safety practices
Capable of meeting all requirements that may be specified by the state or other regulatory agencies.

Nice To Haves

Six (6) months of experience in housekeeping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Uphold Mission, Philosophies, and Values.
Clean assigned resident apartments, common areas, and offices in accordance with community policy.
Report any Items in need of repair to the Housekeeping Manager.
Collect, wash, fold and return resident linen and personal laundry weekly. Ensure that all personal items are labeled.
Provide additional cleaning/sanitizing of incontinent resident suites as directed.
Clean carpets by method of extraction and/or shampooing as directed.
Assist with resident move-ins by helping to arrange personal belongings.
Report any observed area in poor repair to the supervisor.
Clean vacant apartments as directed.
Report any unusual incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
Clean exterior furniture
Assist with special events as needed.
Maintain all equipment in a clean and safe manner.
Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor, Executive Director or Manager on Duty.
