About The Position
The Housekeeper position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel rooms.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire.
Responsibilities
- Follows sanitizing and cleaning protocols.
- Follows proper protocols concerning discrepancies and found items.
- Maintains hotel room cleanliness; including but not limited to the following: emptying and cleaning/sanitizing wastebaskets, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms, washing walls, ceiling, woodwork, sills, windows and door panels.
- Replenishes any supplies used throughout the room.
- Sorts, counts, folds and/or carries linens.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Ability to operate vacuum cleaner, shampooer and ionizer.
- Performs other duties as necessary and assigned.
