Requirements

• Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work independently (without direct supervision).
• Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written).
• Positive and problem-solving attitude.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.

• Previous cleaning experience is useful.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens and making bathrooms shine.
• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates.
• Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items.
• Assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information when requested.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a +1 Service attitude.
• Help in laundry or clean public spaces when necessary.
• Discover and respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a +1 Service attitude.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for diverse team members and guests.
