You’ll maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hotel amenities to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards are consistently met. This role is fast-paced and detail-oriented, requiring efficiency, professionalism, and pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel cleanliness standards
Change linens, towels, and replenish guest supplies and amenities
Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain all room surfaces and fixtures
Ensure guest rooms are fresh, organized, and guest-ready at all times
Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, clubrooms, restrooms, and shared spaces
Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean waste areas
Support overall hotel appearance and presentation standards
Clean and maintain laundry rooms and equipment
Remove lint and debris from dryer vents to support safety and efficiency
Monitor housekeeping supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
Provide courteous, friendly, and professional interactions with guests
Respond promptly to housekeeping-related requests when needed
Support a welcoming and service-oriented hotel environment
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Work collaboratively with hotel management and team members
Support room turnover goals and daily operational needs
Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned
