About The Position

We are looking for an Housekeeper Supervisor to support the Mid-South CMOP housekeeping services in Murfreesboro, TN. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (5) years' experience in supervising in the Environmental-Hospital Services industry, specifically with Sanitation teams. A minimum of the last (2) years shall be in a hospital or other accredited healthcare facility. Detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures and customer service skills is a must. In addition, managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements. Applicants must be US citizen and must be able to pass a background check performed by the Federal Government.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise the work activities of janitorial personnel in a professional environment.
Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
May purchase janitorial supplies, manage stock level of inventory, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
Managing and overseeing the cleaning schedule and requirements.
