Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices for cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services.
