About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring housekeepers who will be responsible for cleaning and servicing assigned rooms in a timely and organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards. This role plays a crucial part in guest satisfaction, as the cleanliness of the rooms directly impacts the guest experience and their likelihood to return. The work performed has an impact on guest satisfaction and can make a difference in whether guests return to our hotel. Requirements

  • Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies or equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following procedures and hotel standards.
  • Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
  • Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
  • Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
  • Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
