Housekeeper/Room Attendant - The Little Nell - Winter
About The Position
The Little Nell, Aspen's only Five-Star, Five-Diamond, ski-in/ski-out hotel, is seeking TEN (10) Housekeeper/Room Attendant positions to work from approximately 12/05/2026 to 04/20/2027. This is a temporary, full-time, peak load position. The role involves performing cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, cleaning rooms, vacuuming, and emptying garbage. The position also requires reporting room status, damage, and hazards, assuming responsibility for keys, updating room status, and assisting with guest requests such as delivering supplies, providing housekeeping services at specific times or to specific areas of the room upon guest request, and providing additional amenities like extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, or toiletries.
Requirements
- 3 months experience as Housekeeper required.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs frequently.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms in a clean and orderly manner, including making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, cleaning rooms, vacuuming, emptying garbage.
- Report status of rooms and any damage, hazards, repairs.
- Assume responsibility for keys signed out.
- Update daily room master sheet.
- Assist with guest requests such as: Delivering additional supplies to guest rooms upon request.
- Provide guests with housekeeping services to a specific section of the room when the guest prefers not to be disturbed in order to respect their privacy and comfort.
- Provide guests with daily housekeeping service at a specific time per the guest's request to better accommodate their needs and preferences.
- Provide guests with any additional amenities per request. This includes: extra towels, bathrobes, slippers, or toiletries.
