We are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Lead to support overnight environmental services operations at a hospital in Inglewood. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

Prior housekeeping or environmental services experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
Previous lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of infection control, sanitation practices, and safety standards
Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
Ability to work overnight hours and be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

Lead and support overnight housekeeping staff to ensure all areas meet hospital cleanliness and sanitation standards
Assign daily tasks, monitor workflow, and provide on-the-job guidance and support
Perform routine cleaning and disinfecting of patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, and public spaces
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE in compliance with hospital and safety regulations
Report maintenance issues, supply needs, and staffing concerns to management
Serve as a point of contact during the overnight shift and help resolve issues as they arise
