As a Housekeeper you will create and maintain clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly and satisfying surroundings for team members. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and the use and operation of smart phones and electronic tablets.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must have knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products.
  • Must understand how to properly clean sensitive materials, such as wood, without damaging them.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Cleans and disinfects office and lodging areas for team members.
  • Replaces supplies as needed.
  • Disposes of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
  • Damp-dusts furniture, light fixtures, window sills, etc.
  • Sweeps, vacuums, and wet-mops floors bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, lobbies, dining areas and other areas.
  • Cleans wash basins, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and showers.
  • Makes beds, does laundry and washes windows.
  • Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc.
  • Perform detailed deep cleans when required.
  • Ensures adequate cleaning supplies for daily assignments.
  • Maintains all cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Takes appropriate actions to secure cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc. out of reach of other team members.
  • Replenishes consumable supplies for team member use.
  • Performs duties in accordance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Performs duties in accordance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State Health Department, etc.
