This role is responsible for completing all assigned housekeeping duties. The schedule requires the ability to work a 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off rotation or as per the manager's discretion and business needs. The Housekeeper I is accountable for maintaining a safety culture by following all SOP's, JSA's, Policies and Procedures set out by Target Hospitality. Key responsibilities include making beds, cleaning all aspects of rooms daily (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping, cleaning washrooms, closets, windows, and mirrors), cleaning and sanitizing washrooms, replenishing guest room items, maintaining a clean and organized housekeeping cart with necessary PPE, and ensuring proper chemical dispensing, use, and storage in compliance with the Target Hospitality HSE program. The role also involves assisting in restocking and maintaining cleanliness of housekeeping areas and laundry, providing world-class customer service to exceed guest needs, and attending all safety meetings and participating in emergency response procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by a supervisor or manager.
