About The Position

Psynergy Programs is seeking a Housekeeper I to perform exceptional housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and high-end residential building and to provide sanitary amenities to all residents. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care in both residential and clinical treatment environments.

Requirements

• Full Vaccination against COVID-19 – CA required.
• Great attitude - required.

• Experience working in behavioral health or residential care
• Special certifications, skills, training, and degrees (ex: CNA, NVCI, First Aid, CPR, Narcan, SUDS, CADC, ARF/RCFE, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas by Psynergy standards.
• Cleans bathrooms and showers.
• Reports on any needed repairs or maintenance observed during cleaning activities.
• Reports any irregularities witnessed in clients’ rooms, such as hidden medications or any prohibited items.
• Maintains supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
