About The Position

Responsible for transporting items to off-site laboratory service. Ensures an attractive and sanitary environment throughout the entire facility by performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Effectively read, write and speak in the English language
• Six (6) months Housekeeping experience
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable insurable driving record for transport duties

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• One (1) year or more recent healthcare housekeeping experience

Responsibilities

• Transporting items to off-site laboratory service.
• Ensuring an attractive and sanitary environment throughout the entire facility by performing cleaning duties.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors.
• Cleaning sinks, commodes, showers, mirrors, countertops, faucets, handles, showers, shower seats.
• Promptly preparing the room for the next patient after dismissal.
• Performing normal cleaning procedures and additionally, washing beds and mattresses.
• Remaking beds after cleaning.
