About The Position

Join our team at Maid Right as a Housekeeper / Cleaner! We take the stress out of cleaning for our clients, providing them with reliable, high-quality, and eco-friendly cleaning services so they can "live more and clean less." We are looking for motivated individuals to serve as frontline brand ambassadors who take pride in their work and want to grow with us.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required.
All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment.
A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong motivation.
A true team player who works well with others.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality cleaning in residential and light commercial properties using our effective Maid Right cleaning system, industry-leading organization systems, and hospital-grade products.
Work efficiently under the direction of our Lead Cleaners to complete assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled time blocks for each project.
Utilize non-toxic technology and a "green cleaning" mindset to care for our customers' homes and the environment.
Maintain a presentable appearance, a positive attitude, and exceptional customer service skills to build long-term trust with our clients.
Properly use and care for high-quality equipment like HEPA backpack vacuums and microfiber systems.
