The Residential Water Treatment Consultant position at Culligan Ultrapure is a career position that offers a lot of variety and interesting work. Requirements

BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
Community involvement.
Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for "hunting" for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners to address their concerns
Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities as well as referral offerings
Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners
Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience
Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement
Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals
