About The Position

A high-energy, active, and welcoming family of five is seeking a warm, friendly, and dependable Household Manager/Nanny to become a trusted and valued part of their family team. The family enjoys outdoor adventures and values kindness, flexibility, communication, and organization. The primary goal is to spend more quality time with the children after work. The role involves supporting three school-aged children (8, 6, and 5 years old) with their daily routines, activities, and household tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, fun, and genuinely enjoys working with children, takes initiative, communicates well, prefers staying active, and finds fulfillment in hands-on work and organizational systems. The candidate should not have a hard out at 7 PM and can stay later when needed. Experience with animals and an appreciation for outdoor living are a plus.

Requirements

  • Previous nanny experience (at least 1 previous nanny position)
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle large enough for three children
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic cooking skills
  • Comfortable with dogs and chickens
  • Basic swim ability
  • Willing to work with mildly ill children
  • Willing to sign an NDA
  • Willing to take drug & driving screens for employment
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Meal prep for simple dinners
  • Helping children stay organized
