Household Manager / Family Assistant

Sage HausMenlo Park, CA
Onsite

About The Position

We are a busy, warm household with two children, ages 9 and 3, a beloved family cat, and a wonderful live-in nanny who handles primary childcare. With a fractional chef, a biweekly cleaning crew, and a landscaping team already in place, we are looking for someone who can become a steady, hands-on part of that support system and make day-to-day life easier. Our lives move quickly. One parent works in medicine with an unpredictable on-call schedule, and the other travels frequently and is often away three weeks a month. Because our time together is limited, we are looking for someone who can help us get the basics back on track so we can actually spend family time together. Our kids are energetic and curious, and this person will naturally be part of their world. Our household is welcoming, and we have had great experiences with the people who have worked with us over the years. We are hoping to find someone who shares our appreciation for a clean, organized, healthy home and brings the kind of attention to detail, follow-through, and clear communication that helps a household feel well cared for. Despite our busy schedules, we are committed to creating more quality time for family moments — whether that means supporting the kids in their activities, sharing a calm dinner, or simply enjoying time together at home. The right person will help make that possible by integrating thoughtfully into our household and creating more ease in the background so we can fully exhale during our downtime.
