About The Position

Regency Hospital Springdale is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor for its critical illness recovery hospital, which provides inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery. The House Supervisor plays a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership to patients during vulnerable moments. This full-time position works 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

Requirements

• Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience.
• Prior clinical management experience.
• BSN.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during the assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Monitor the workplace to ensure company policies and procedures are maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients and families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations.
