About The Position
A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join its leadership team! This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire position with a schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, with both day and night shifts available. The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $35.00 - $52.00, a retention bonus of up to $20,000, and relocation assistance of up to $7,000. Requirements
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license required, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Minimum of three years of RN experience in a hospital setting required
Nice To Haves
- Recent ICU experience preferred
- Background in patient flow, resource nursing, or nursing leadership highly valued
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and patient flow within critical care and nursing departments
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff while assisting with patient care as needed
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Monitor staffing, resource utilization, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures
