About The Position
As a House Supervisor, you will be a central orchestrator of care, empowering our frontline nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and drive operational excellence. Requirements
- Bachelors Of Nursing for Magnet or Pathway designated hospitals, upon hire
- Five (5) years of clinical experience
- Experience working with people of different skill, experience and educational background
- Registered Nurse: TX, upon hire
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 days
Responsibilities
- Manages overtime and unit staffing for all nursing staff based on budget, patient acuity and census on a daily basis
- Communicates staffing decisions to Nurse Managers of concerned area
- Ensures agency nursing staff is in appropriate units at the scheduled time
- Responds and intervenes in all emergency situations
- Coordinates all staff nurse sick calls and communicates information to the manager of concern.
- Responsible for the notification of on call staff
