About The Position

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients as a House Supervisor (RN) at Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri - Saint Robert. In this role, the House Supervisor (RN) will provide specialized support. This role focuses on enhancing the quality of care for residents through the development and implantation of targeted clinical policies and practices.

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), a diploma from an approved nursing program, or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri is required.
At least twenty-one (21) years of age

Nice To Haves

Valid Missouri Driver's License is preferred.
Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote best practices in resident care.
Monitor and ensure that resident hygiene practices are maintained to the highest standards.
Facilitate alignment between medical and clinical teams to ensure integrated care delivery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to create and support individualized care plans for holistic and developmentally appropriate care.
Address and teach residents about their needs, implementing systems and interventions for managing challenging behaviors.
