House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) - FT Days | Voyages Conroe
About The Position
At Voyages Behavioral Health / PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. PAM Health has over 80 hospital locations and employs over 11,000 people across the country. Our teams work together to deliver the highest level of compassionate care ensuring the best possible outcome for our patients. The House Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice, hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance Improvement efforts, while providing support to the nursing staff on all units. The House Supervisor may work a shift on a specific unit when all other efforts in filling the shift with other personnel has been exhausted. This position will contribute to department meetings, quality initiatives and maintain services within TJC requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards required.
- Two + years of behavioral health experience.
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
