House Manager, Full Time, 3rd Shift
About The Position
As a House Manager at Walsh Manor, you’ll help support pregnant women as they prepare for the birth of their babies. Your guidance, compassion, and everyday care will support their health, well-being, and personal growth. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A kind, supportive attitude and respect for confidentiality
- Willingness to be flexible and dependable
- Ability to sit for 3–7 hours and walk 1–3 hours per shift
Responsibilities
- Support and guide pregnant women living in the residence
- Help residents develop life skills like cooking, cleaning, parenting, and budgeting
- Encourage and support personal growth and goal setting
- Monitor the overall safety and cleanliness of the home
- Teach and model positive daily living habits
- Keep resident records and logs up to date
- Communicate with staff, residents, and outside agencies
- Offer emotional support and crisis intervention when needed
- In case of an emergency, driving may be required to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
