About The Position

House Manager - Lead with Heart at Azura of Verona. Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is looking for a House Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in a leadership role, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of seniors. As a House Manager, you'll help create that feeling every day by supporting our team, connecting with residents and families, and making sure each household runs smoothly, safely, and with purpose.

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management, or a similar leadership environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the daily operations of the household while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members while helping foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and ensure their needs, preferences, and quality of life remain at the heart of everything we do.
• Help coordinate staffing, schedules, daily routines, and household needs.
• Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development, compliance, and overall community success.
• Be a hands-on leader who is present, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Help create engaging, meaningful days for residents while supporting Azura's person-centered approach to memory care.
