Sage HausMercer Island, WA

About The Position

We are a busy, dynamic family of six with four daughters - three at home, ages 4, 7, and 9, with the oldest away at college - and a sweet, easygoing two-year-old doodle. Our household is always full of activity, with a constantly changing schedule that includes softball, basketball, dance, skiing, and language lessons. Both parents bring their own energy - one works in finance, primarily out of the office with monthly travel, and the other works full-time from home in tech. We’re looking for someone who can handle the chaos, jump right in, and balance out the high energy of our household. We love hosting and want someone who will seamlessly integrate into our daily flow, bringing organization and positivity to our fun-loving family. We hope to find someone who can help us stay ahead of the game, relieve the mental load, and allow us to focus on spending more quality time together. While we have systems in place, we are always open to new ideas and improvements. Ultimately, we want someone who can step in confidently and with the right energy, while also knowing when to give us space to breathe. A sense of humor and a laid-back attitude are key to fitting into our home - while we love having fun, we also value maintaining a balanced routine. We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment and can help maintain order in our home. You’ll bring a calm, patient demeanor to balance the energy of a lively household and feel comfortable with noise and family dynamics. Your laid-back yet professional attitude will make you a great fit for our team. You’ll notice tasks that need doing and step in without waiting for direction. A strong communicator, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and anticipate our needs thoughtfully. Experience with longevity is highly preferred, as we value a long-term commitment to our family’s growth and stability.
