This a support position that requires the individual to be knowledgeable of the functions of a live-in house manager position and be able to step in to that role if needed. The assistant will be trained on all job duties required to support the individuals in the site they are assigned . The position requires flexibility , patience, positive role modeling and ability to communicate with professionals, therapists, and family members. The assistant house manager will be responsible for supervising the employees and assuring training is current. They will attend meetings and communicate to employees any changes.
