You’ll supervise staff, ensure members’ health and safety, and bring energy and compassion to every home you oversee. Requirements

3+ years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a CILA home setting.
Supervisory experience required.
Must be already be DSP certified and on HealthCare Worker Registry
Must pass the TABE test and maintain authorization to pass medications
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise direct support staff to deliver high-quality care.
Oversee daily operations, budgets, and household needs, ensuring homes are safe, clean, and welcoming.
Monitor medical needs, emergency preparedness, infection control, and medication administration.
Respond to emergencies, troubleshoot issues, and keep things running smoothly.
Plan and support activities that connect members to their community.
Work closely with families, staff, and community partners, while maintaining accurate documentation.
