About The Position
A private estate in Arcadia, Oklahoma, is seeking two experienced Residential House Cleaners for long-term positions. These roles report to the House Manager and are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and consistently guest-ready home. The schedule is full-time with daytime hours, and the work location is in person.
Requirements
- Previous residential, estate, or professional housekeeping experience required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to follow established schedules and cleaning systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a household team
- Physically capable of performing routine cleaning duties
- Willing to complete a background check
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, full-service cleaning of assigned areas
- Reset and organize main living spaces
- Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas
- Remove trash and maintain overall household tidiness
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and return clothing and linens
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen counters and surfaces
- Complete scheduled deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and floors
- Follow written cleaning schedules, household procedures, and quality standards
- Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to the House Manager
- Handle household belongings with care, discretion, and professionalism
