SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. is a growing residential and short-term rental cleaning company serving the San Diego area. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and reliability. Our team receives hands-on training, clear systems, and consistent work—perfect for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. As a House Cleaner / Sparkle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of residential homes and short-term rental properties. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both occupied and vacant homes
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
Nice To Haves
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and move-out properties
- Perform Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleanings
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and detail all rooms
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Work independently or collaboratively with a small team
