Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age and legal to work in the US.
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate well with clients and coworkers.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency in work performance.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and cross trained in commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to company standards and client specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning techniques to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, professional, and courteous at all times.
- Handle special requests from clients as needed, such as deep cleaning or specific tasks.
