Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time independently.
• Positive attitude and clear communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.
• Valid REAL ID drivers license (or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of hire) and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point system.
• Clean bathrooms — toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchens — countertops, appliances, sinks, and surfaces.
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, and details.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Perform general tidying and staging to make every home look its best.
