About The Position
Ventura is seeking a House cleaner to join their team. This role offers training, opportunities for advancement, and a flexible schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The compensation plan allows you to control your income, with a guaranteed minimum wage and the potential to earn more based on experience, quality, and speed. A company car is provided for use during work hours. This position is full-time and involves cleaning customers' homes according to company standards, communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, and potentially managing a team schedule and maintaining equipment if in a team lead role. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, different environments, performing physical work, has attention to detail, and likes helping people.
Requirements
- Available to work Monday through Friday
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior cleaning experience or equivalent experience
- Complete a background check
- Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities
- Clean customers’ homes according to company standards
- Follow the company's cleaning process to delight every customer
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (if a team lead)
- Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate supplies (if a team lead)
