This role involves following a proven 49-point system to ensure consistent and high-quality cleaning. This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with no nights or weekends required unless desired by the employee. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and genuine pride in your work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time independently.
Positive attitude and clear communication.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day.
Comfortable working in homes with pets.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
REAL ID driver's license required (or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks of hire).
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point system.
Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
Clean kitchens, including countertops, appliances, sinks, and surfaces.
Dust furniture, light fixtures, baseboards, and details.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Perform general tidying and staging to enhance the appearance of homes.
