House Cleaner and Customer Service Rep Backup
About The Position
This role is for an individual with experience in both home cleaning and customer service. The position involves a variety of tasks, including interacting with leads and scheduling services on some days, and performing cleaning duties in the field on others. The company is looking for someone with commitment, determination, and heart who wants to avoid working excessive hours and desires to have weekends off with a weekday schedule. Initially, there's an opportunity to support the Customer Service Representative, learning the business operations. The office is located near Cal-Expo in Sacramento, and the company aims to foster a growing professional family environment.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior professional cleaning experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Drivers license required
