About The Position

We're seeking a House Car Driver to deliver unmatched concierge transportation at a premier property in downtown Chicago. This role involves providing safe, timely, and luxury-level transportation for residents and guests, offering concierge-style service throughout scheduled hours, and supporting pickups and drop-offs throughout the Chicago Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, give local insights, and deliver elite service, while also keeping the house car immaculate and ready at all times. Collaboration with concierge, valet, and property management teams is essential, as is documenting ride logs and immediately reporting maintenance or vehicle issues to ensure a consistent 5-star guest experience with every trip.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of continuous valid Driver's License experience (no suspensions or gaps)
Proven history of professional driving and customer service (at least 2 years)
Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast area—must navigate without GPS
Clean Motor Vehicle Report: No major moving violations in the last 3 years
No drug/alcohol-related offenses in the last 3 years
No minor moving violations in 3 years
No Points on license
Must pass a criminal background check
Fluent in English; articulate and well-spoken
Clean-cut, professional appearance
Must have reliable transportation
Positive, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
