About The Position

The House Person performs cleaning duties to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and to provide a memorable guest experience through anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service to support Hilton Brand Standards.

Requirements

  • Open availability including weekends and holidays.
  • Six months related experience.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Basic understanding of workplace language.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must meet legal age requirements.
  • Must speak and communicate in English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Transport clean/dirty linen to and from Housekeeping main closet to room attendant closets.
  • Clean assigned guest balconies, front and back.
  • Strip all departure rooms including removing dirty linen and trash.
  • Maintain exterior of all guest rooms.
  • Maintain and organize room attendant linen closets.
  • Maintain proper par stock of supplies and linens.
  • Report deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering.
  • Maintain and clean golf carts for daily use.
  • Maintain punctual, regular attendance.
  • Support safe work habits and environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
