About The Position
The House Person performs cleaning duties to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and to provide a memorable guest experience through anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service to support Hilton Brand Standards.
Requirements
- Open availability including weekends and holidays.
- Six months related experience.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Basic understanding of workplace language.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must meet legal age requirements.
- Must speak and communicate in English.
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
Responsibilities
- Transport clean/dirty linen to and from Housekeeping main closet to room attendant closets.
- Clean assigned guest balconies, front and back.
- Strip all departure rooms including removing dirty linen and trash.
- Maintain exterior of all guest rooms.
- Maintain and organize room attendant linen closets.
- Maintain proper par stock of supplies and linens.
- Report deficiencies to Housekeeping Management or Engineering.
- Maintain and clean golf carts for daily use.
- Maintain punctual, regular attendance.
- Support safe work habits and environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
