Responsible for the cleaning of all public and common areas and assistance with housekeeping and maintenance. The role requires maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to hotel guests and communicating effectively with guests and team members. Duties include cleaning the property grounds, running laundry, emptying trash, cleaning various areas such as the lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, and ice/vending machines. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, and public benches, as well as cleaning exterior guest room doors. Additional responsibilities include shampooing carpets, turning mattresses, and cleaning guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned. The House Attendant must report any missing/found articles or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor and assist the maintenance department with basic repairs. Providing assistance to other team members and departments is crucial to contribute to the overall performance of the department and hotel, delivering DKN’s "Home Away From Home" experience.
