The Houseman supports the housekeeping department by ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and properly supplied. This role involves assisting room attendants, transporting linens and supplies, removing linen and trash, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the property. The objectives of this role are to assist housekeeping staff in maintaining clean, organized, and well-supplied guest rooms and public areas, ensure timely delivery and removal of linens, amenities, and waste, support efficient housekeeping operations and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for guests, and uphold hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all times.
