This position is responsible for cleaning public and employee restrooms and showers, glass in public and employee areas, and floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. The role also involves dusting surfaces, emptying trash containers, inspecting furniture for damage, cleaning and maintaining lights, and posting caution signs when necessary. The House Attendant will contact other departments for urgent repairs, respond promptly to guest and department requests, and identify and report maintenance issues. The role requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, including proper storage of flammable materials and completion of safety training. The position also involves maintaining a clean and professional appearance, upholding confidentiality, and providing excellent guest service according to company standards, including assisting individuals with disabilities. Key physical requirements include the ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects, push and pull machinery, reach overhead and below the knees, visually inspect equipment, manipulate objects with fine motor skills, move through confined spaces, use ladders, and stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods. The role also includes performing other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
