About The Position
This is a seasonal House Attendant position at Hotel Zoso. The role is fast-paced and requires an individual to be an essential part of an efficient and talented team. Responsibilities include laundering linens, cleaning rugs, carpets, draperies, floors, and transporting trash to disposal areas. House Attendants directly support Housekeeping in maintaining the hotel in sparkling condition.
Requirements
- Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus
- Desire to work in a fast-paced role
Responsibilities
- Laundering linens
- Cleaning rugs, carpets, draperies, and floors
- Transporting trash to disposal areas
- Maintaining the hotel in sparkling condition
- Providing guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service
- Cleaning and maintaining all guestrooms to property specific standards
- Cleaning and replenishing a designated number of rooms within the assigned shift
- Maintaining supplies and organization of the housekeeping cart
- Checking all rooms and reporting any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies
- Monitoring cleanliness of all public areas both inside and out on the property
- Attending all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
- Greeting and warmly engaging guests
- Completing tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
