Burton Center is seeking a full-time House Assistant to support adults with disabilities and special needs across three residential homes. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and maintenance of the homes, restocking supplies, assisting with shopping trips, appointments, and budgeting. The House Assistant will also train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in implementing Individual Support Plans, create staff schedules, model best practices in care and communication, and interact professionally with individuals' families. Maintaining organized online progress reports, goals, and daily notes is crucial for compliance. This position requires hands-on support, reliability, and a commitment to fostering the potential of adults with disabilities.
