About The Position

The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his responsibilities through supervision and an apprenticeship. The technician will perform all lubrication services, remove, install, diagnose, repair, disassemble, and assemble parts, components, and engines. They will perform all duties according to safety procedures, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines, working under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. The technician will lubricate the entire car while looking for other items which may need repair and ensure that the customer’s car is kept clean. All company safety policies and procedures must be followed, and any accidents must be immediately reported to a manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty
Requires 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Responsibilities

Perform all lubrication services.
Responsible for removing, installing, diagnosing, repairing, disassembling and assembling parts, components and engines
Performs all duties according to safety procedures
Lubricate entire car while looking for other items which may need repair.
Ensure that the customer’s car is kept clean.
