About The Position
Tony C's Beer Garden is opening a new location in Tomball, TX, at 25553 TX-249. This is an opportunity to join the opening team for this new fast-casual beer garden setting, which serves award-winning New York style pizza and Italian American food. The restaurant is part of the TC4 & Co. Hospitality group, owned and operated by Creed Ford IV and Tony Ciola, who are known for their passion for high-quality food and customer service. This location will join existing Tony C's Beer Garden locations in Austin, Round Rock, Kyle, and at the Moody Center, as well as sister concepts Mighty Fine Burgers, The League Kitchen & Tavern, and Cousin Louie's. The company is seeking individuals who are passionate about the extraordinary and are looking for a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- Commitment to creating the best quality dining experience for guests
- Drive to succeed
- Availability during operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- For management roles: two or more years in a restaurant management or similar hospitality role preferred
- For management roles: familiarity with restaurant management software such as Aloha or Toast
- For management roles: solid math and reporting skills
- For management roles: strong communication and team management abilities
- High school diploma required (for management roles)
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required for most hourly roles
- Hospitality certification is a plus (for management roles)
