About The Position

The Burger’s Priest is hiring Hourly Supervisors at our Bayfield-Barrie location! We are looking for individuals who are serious about burgers and creating a positive workspace. We value an environment where you are free to be yourself. We do not have work uniforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied
