About The Position

This position involves working with High School Music Programs to carry out a practice schedule. The Hourly Music Adjunct will assist with the high school and middle school marching bands, orchestra, choir, etc., and implement established performance requirements and plans for the music program. The role requires implementing lessons that reflect accommodations for individual student differences and appropriate instructional strategies, activities, materials, and equipment as assigned by the director. The position also involves participating in an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for student development, and cooperating with school personnel for music programs for school productions, graduation ceremonies, and civic functions. The role also carries out performance responsibilities required of all classified support personnel.

• Must have music experience.
