Hourly Manager
About The Position
The Hourly Manager is responsible for overseeing custodial and janitorial operations on a single central campus consisting of approximately 24 buildings. This role provides hands-on leadership during third shift, ensuring daily operations, staffing, quality control, and safety standards are consistently met. The Hourly Manager partners closely with supervisors and frontline employees to support service delivery aligned with ABM standards and client expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity overnight and supporting team performance.
Requirements
- Experience in custodial and janitorial operations.
- Leadership experience.
